Megan Faricy | 3M
With an extensive background in International Management and living in foreign countries, Megan found the right fit for her at 3M. As an impressive leader, she manages 3M Impact. Continue on to read about Megan’s favorites, when it comes to business, travel and animals!
Can you tell us a bit about your business and background?
Well I won’t dig into “3M” but my background is actually all over! I majored in International Management and French, lived in Korea for a year teaching English – moved home and started at 3M as an Inside Sales Rep for Industrial Adhesives and Tapes division (you know, everyone’s dream job…). I then was a Salesforce Admin helping to implement the CRM across different divisions and businesses across the company before landing in 3Mgives. My international experience and project management skills made managing 3M Impact a good fit – and it’s truly an amazing opportunity each day!
